Bespoke Air Handling Units with in-built desiccant rotor, designed for precise humidity and dewpoint control.

The DA series are tailor made to meet the demanding needs of humidity and dewpoint control, ideal for use within the process and pharmaceutical industry. At the heart the DA series AHU is our high efficiency desiccant rotor cassette that features internal heat recovery as standard. 

The DA series units can be configured to meet the specific requirements of your application.

  • Heating modules (water, steam, electrical, gas fired)

  • Cooling modules (chilled water or DX)

  • Heat recovery (plate, rotor or 2 coils with intermediate fluid)

  • Fine filtration, HEPA filtration
  • Mixing box

MDC DD SERIES
ULTRA LOW DEWPOINT INDUSTRIAL DESICCANT DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEMS

Bespoke Air Handling Units designed for precise ultra low dewpoint control.

The DD series are tailor made to meet the demanding needs of industries requiring precise ultra low dewpoint control. Available in both single and dual rotor variants, the series represents the most compact ultra low dewpoint dehumidifiers available on the market today. Ideal for use in Battery Dry Rooms with dewpoints down to minus 75.0°C achievable.

At the heart the DA series AHU is our high efficiency desiccant rotor cassette that features internal heat recovery as standard.

MDC SERIES 160-800
MICRO DESICCANT DEHUMIDIFIER SERIES

The MDC 160-800 series desiccant dehumidifiers are compact and reliable, manufactured in stainless steel panels. Units include our high capacity ceramic silica gel rotor. Reactivation heaters utilise positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor technology and are self regulating for maximum safety and energy efficiency. Optional humidistat is available as an accessory. 

Suitable for use across a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Example's include chemical, pharmaceutical and food manufacturing processes, large warehouses, cold stores, ice rinks and sports halls

The MDC series dehumidifiers are supplied with G4 air inlet filters, energy efficient process and reactivation fans, reactivation heater, high efficiency silica gel desiccant rotor, electric control panel. Optional humidistat is available as an accessory.

MDC SERIES 1000-3000
COMPACT DESICCANT DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEMS

The DT MDC 1000-3000 series are manufactured in stainless steel panels with 20mm insulation as standard. Units include our high capacity ceramic silica gel rotor. Reactivation heaters utilise positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor technology and are self regulating for maximum safety and energy efficiency.

MDC SERIES 4000-18000 
INDUSTRIAL DESICCANT DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEMS

The DT MDC 4000-18000 series are high performance, energy efficient desiccant dehumidifiers. Units are available with a range of pre and post treatment modules.

Suitable for use across a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Example's include chemical, pharmaceutical and food manufacturing processes, large warehouses, cold stores, ice rinks and sports halls

Manufactured in 40mm insulated, powder coated Aluzinc panels, and include internal heat recovery as standard. Units are available with electric, steam, direct fired gas or hot water reactivation heaters.

The MDC series dehumidifiers are supplied with G4 air inlet filters (F7 Option), energy efficient EC process and reactivation fans, reactivation heater, high efficiency silica gel desiccant rotor, electric control panel. Units are available with a fully integrated Siemens Climatix capacity control system.



DL Series
ADVANCED COMPACT DESICCANT DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEMS

Designed to be the most advanced, reliable, quietest, and user-friendly dehumidifiers available on the market today. The DL series was specifically developed by DT Group after consultation with key partners. The brief was simple, create an ultra-quiet, low maintenance dehumidifier, that provides the end user a host of information previously not seen on small/medium industrial desiccant dehumidifiers.

- Double Skin, Insulated Stainless Steel panels for Hygienic applications.
